US-based labelling firm Resource Label Group has signed a definitive purchase agreement to buy e-commerce label company StickerGiant.
Founded in 2000, StickerGiant claims to have been of the world’s first online sticker companies.

The Colorado-based company delivers most sticker and label product orders within 24 to 48 hours.

The financial terms of the transactions have not been disclosed.
Resource Label provides pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, radio frequency identification and near-field communication technology for the packaging industry.
The company offers a range of products for various sectors, including the food, beverage, chemical, household products, personal care, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device and technology industries.
It operates 19 manufacturing locations across the US and Canada and employs more than 1,500 associates in total.
