RFBL Flexi Pack has received an order worth Rs200m ($2m) from 3B Films to supply transparent and metallised films, with execution planned over the next four months.
The materials are used in packaging for food, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceuticals and industrial products due to features such as durability, barrier protection and support for longer shelf life.

The company said the agreement is not a related-party transaction and that promoters have no interest in it.
In fiscal year 2026, revenue from operations increased to Rs1.48bn, compared with Rs1.35bn a year earlier.
The order follows other recent moves by the company, including a plan to set up a wholly owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates. The proposed unit would back its overseas expansion plans and add to its presence in international markets.
Kunjit Patel founded RFBL Flexi Pack and serves as the company’s chairman and managing director.
RFBL Flexi Pack manufactures and trades printed multilayer flexible packaging materials including plastic film rolls and pouches used across a range of industries.
The company also trades woven fabric packaging materials, polyester laminated films and other film products. Scrap generated during operations is sold to other businesses for further processing and use.
The company operates on a business-to-business model, supplying customised packaging products to clients in sectors such as food and beverage, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.
Its product range includes multilayer plastic films made using various manufacturing processes to meet different packaging needs.
Key raw materials used in production include adhesives, biaxially oriented polypropylene films, cast polyethylene films, cast polypropylene films, inks, laminated films and metallised films sourced from a network of suppliers.
