Japan-based cosmetics company Kao Group has selected Germany-based RPC Bramlage’s Ocyl bottle for its new Goldwell hairstyle brand.

Produced at RPC Bramlage La Roche sur Foron in France, the cylindrical Ocyl bottles offer a volume of 125ml and a matching black dispenser.

Kao Group’s Goldwell BondPro+ protection serum is currently available across all Goldwell hair salons worldwide.

RPC said that its Ocyl range can be specified in various materials, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET-G and PET).

The range is also available in ten different sizes, including 12ml, 50ml, 75ml, 100ml, 125ml, 150ml, 200ml, 250ml, 300ml and 500ml.

"We believe that this solution will allow for a very comfortable and hygienic end-user experience."

In a separate development, Poland-based mayonnaise manufacturer WSP Spolem Kielce has selected RPC Promens Consumer Corby’s 350ml Euro Squeeze bottle range for its new collection of sauces.

Under the deal, Global Closure Systems (GCS), which has recently joined RPC, will provide caps with silicone valves to WSP Spolem.

WSP Spolem president Michael Mius said: "We like to meet the expectations of our consumers – hence the idea to distribute our sauces in barrier plastic.

“We believe that this solution will allow for a very comfortable and hygienic end-user experience.”

"During briefings, GCS offered us different closures tailored to the specific densities and configurations of our products, and we were able to choose the most appropriate for our requirements.”
