Plastic packaging provider RPC Sæplast has launched a new leg version of its 630 PE containers range that is available without a pallet board.
Designed to be more accessible, the new container can be provided with a lid and stacked with current pallet-board versions.
Manufactured using 100% food-grade material, the fully recyclable Sæplast PE containers can be used to safely handle food in the meat, poultry and animal by-product industries.
RPC Sæplast market development manager Arnar Snorrason said: "The leg version of the PE container is in response to customer requirements and further widens its versatility while losing none of its proven strength and durability."
The new lightweight containers have a triple-layered polyethylene design, which provides strength, long-term durability and quieter handling.
The ‘closed cell core’ design also prevents liquid absorption and the growth of harmful bacteria.
