Italian plastics packaging blow-moulder Serioplast is set to invest more than €8m in the construction of a new packaging plant near Lodz, Poland.
The plant, to be operated by subsidiary Serioplast Poland, will produce a range of packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, detergent and cosmetics industries.
Serioplast already operatyes 16 plants in Europe, including Hungary, Slovakia, Germany, France and Italy.
Serioplast Poland hopes to start operations at the plant by December 2017.
