Tetra Pak has rolled out Tetra Pak TR/G7, which is claimed to be an easy-to-operate, high-performance and low-cost filling machine for the distribution of chilled products.
With a capacity of 6,500 gable top packages every hour, Tetra Pak TR/G7 offers environmental benefits when compared with other similar machines; for example, it reduces power consumption by a third.

As it is compactly designed, taking up less than 19m² of floor space, it is suitable for smaller factories, the company stated.
Easy to install, use and maintain, it is delivered as a single unit and can be assembled within four days, thereby reducing costs and enabling production to begin without any delays.
Given its low-complexity, two machines can be operated by one person. The machine comes with touchscreen operator panel, which enables monitoring of production.

Built in partnership with filling machine manufacturer Galdi, Tetra Pak TR/G7 is designed for a range of extended shelf-life products, including white milk, juice and still drinks, in 250ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1,000ml package volumes.
The machine offers quality and flexibility in packaging production and can be tailored according to the requirements of individual customers.
It comes with additional functions such as a cap applicator, waste carton ejection system and a movable oil drop plate, which makes it easy to clean.
