Regent Holding Company will acquire Illume Holding Company in a transaction that will allow the company to retain both its workforce and its president and CEO, Liz Barre.

Regent Holding Company will acquire Illume Holding Company in a transaction that will allow the company to retain both its workforce and its president and CEO, Liz Barre.

With two leading brands, Creative Co-Op and Bloomingville, Regent Holding has a global presence as a home decor designer and wholesaler.

Jackson Family Wines acquired Penner-Ash Wine Cellars in a deal expected to be closed by the end of April or early May.

Jackson Family Wines will own the business assets of Penner-Ash Wine as part of the transaction, which include its winery and approximately 15 acres of farmed estate vineyards.

Amcor Limited will acquire Tech Pack SA's Chilean packaging business Alusa S.A in a deal valued at $435m, which represents 8.5 times Alusa's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA).

The acquisition is subject to approval by Techpack shareholders and regulatory authorities.

Based in Australia, Amcor intends to grow its South American business through the acquisition and expects to achieve 20% return on cash invested in five years. Alusa is expected to earn $65m profit within three years, along with $25m in synergy benefits.
