US-based primary packaging distributor TricorBraun has acquired British rigid packaging supplier Neville and More for an undisclosed sum.
Neville and More provides glass, plastic and aluminium packaging for major household brands across various end markets.
The company serves the healthcare, pharmaceutical, personal care, beauty, food and beverage, household and industrial sectors among others.
TricorBraun president and CEO Court Carruthers said: “Our acquisition of Neville and More, a well-respected leader in the UK packaging market, enables us to offer expanded services and supply chain options to customers.
“Neville and More has provided high-quality and innovative packaging solutions for 70 years, and we look forward to investing in its continued growth.

All the company’s colleagues will remain with TricorBraun.
TricorBraun’s UK Sales Leader Joe Mazzilli will serve as managing director for Neville and More.

By partnering with management teams, TricorBraun has acquired and expedited the development of 32 packaging companies since its foundation in 1902.
In January this year, the company acquired North American beverage packaging companies Zuckerman Honickman and Vessel Packaging.
Based in Pennsylvania, Zuckerman Honickman supplies a range of beverage products, including sports drinks, craft beer, cider, craft soda, wine and spirits, across the US and Canada.
Vessel Packaging offers mobile canning, design and labelling services for several beverage end markets, operating from five facilities in Canada.
