TriMas Packaging has announced the commercialisation of its single-polymer sustainable packaging solution named Singolo, which comes in the form of dispensing pumps.
Singolo was launched during the Luxe Pack tradeshow that was held in New York, US, between 10 and 11 May.

Designed to provide good dispensing performance to consumers, this range of fully recyclable 2cc dispensers has been made using only polypropylene.
With the introduction of this patented Singolo product line, the company aims to further reinforce its commitment to providing sustainable packaging solutions to its customers.
Singolo’s range can be used for containing a wide variety of products and formulas with different viscosities.

It can be also used as a sustainable alternative to replace conventional pump packs for beauty, and personal care, as well as in-home care applications like hair products, hand and body soaps, dish soaps and body lotions.

The pump can be customised as per its user’s needs. This is TriMas Packaging’s first product range to have an additional dosage option for the future.

The pump has already received a ‘Class A’ rating from RecyClass, which is a cross-industry initiative focusing on the advancement of the recyclability and traceability of plastic packaging across Europe.
The solution has also passed the extensive International Safe Transit Association 6 testing, which makes the dispenser pumps e-commerce-compliant and safe to ship.
