Indian packaging provider Uflex has expanded its partnership with WaveFront Technology to manufacture Fresnel lens packaging films in Europe.
Film production will begin in late 2016 at a facility located in Wrzesnia, Poland, and owned by Uflex subsidiary Flex Films Europa.

WaveFront Technology Europe will lead the sales and marketing activities of the collaboration.
In 2012, Uflex expanded its film manufacturing business into Poland after entering the UAE, Mexico, Egypt and the US.
The total capacity of the company's installations is more than 337,000t per annum.
Uflex chairman and managing director Ashok Chaturvedi said: “This is an important geographical extension of our existing relationship with WaveFront Technology.

Established in 1983, Uflex has packaging facilities at various locations in India with a capacity of around 100,000t per annum.
