US-based Pro Mach has acquired Pacific Packaging Machinery, a filling and capping solutions provider, for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will allow Pro Mach to provide improved solutions for the food, pharmaceutical, personal and home care, and chemical sectors.
As part of the deal, Pacific was integrated with Pro Mach’s filling and capping brands, Federal and Zalkin, as well as pharmaceutical filling and capping solutions from NJM Packaging.
The deal has also created a new entity for filling and capping solutions with more than 15,000 installed machines.
Pacific Packaging’s management and team have also joined Pro Mach.
Pro Mach president and CEO Mark Anderson said: “Pacific Packaging and Pro Mach bring together a great deal of experience in manufacturing high-quality filling and capping solutions and supporting the world’s leading food, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods companies.
