Victory Packaging will equip its warehouse and distribution centres with International Business Systems' (IBS) warehouse management software (WMS).
The company, which already uses IBS Enterprise ERP software, will install IBS Dynaman to support its move into the third-party logistics (3PL) market.
Victory operates more than 65 warehouse and distribution centres.
IBS Americas general manager Tim Conroy said: "Companies are increasingly requiring their distributors and 3PL providers to have sophisticated technology backing up their operations, and IBS is providing those business drivers for Victory Packaging.
"The growth of the 3PL market underscores the value of providers like Victory Packaging in managing complex distribution processes. IBS is honoured to be building on the longevity of our relationship."
Victory Packaging CIO Eugene Hope said: "Our business reputation depends on the ability to ship products accurately and in a timely fashion. IBS is facilitating those capabilities.
"As the 3PL market continues to grow, Victory Packaging is prepared to meet the new opportunities head-on."
IBS has 80 US sites under contract to use IBS Dynaman. The company's ERP and WMS distribution software solutions are said to improve operational efficiencies and business performance for mid-market companies.
