Tambrite

Warren and Stora Enso have launched a new express and cut-to-size service for folding boxboard called Tambrite H/S.

The new reel-to-sheet service has been launched to cater to the increasing demand for Tambrite H/S, which is said to be an all-round packaging material.

Tambrite can be used in key end-use segments such as pharmaceutical, food and chocolate packaging.

This folding boxboard facilitates printing and converting processes, including digital printing, and is said to be ideal for use in both laser and inkjet coding, as well as Braille embossing and other special finishing effects.

"Having the internationally renowned Tambrite H/S available cut-to-size within a few days will bring many benefits to the UK converting and print markets."

Stora Enso regional sales director Russell Towsey said: "We have a need to offer express deliveries of Tambrite H/S orders, cut-to-size, to support our mill service and to meet the demands of the market.

"As a trusted partner for many years and following their recent investment into converting, Warren was the obvious synergy for us. We believe our joint offering will meet customer needs both now and in the future."

Warren managing director Kieran Ferguson said: "Having the internationally renowned Tambrite H/S available cut-to-size within a few days will bring many benefits to the UK converting and print markets."

The converting facility offers tailor made Tambrite H/S and other cartonboards.
