ECOBLOC® ERGON solutions combine the function performed by a rotary stretch-blow moulder,  a rotary electronic filler and a rotary capper into a single module.

This project results from a close cooperation between two companies that are part of the SMI Group: SMI and Enoberg (manufacturer of fillers).

The choice of the models, suitable for production needs up to 36,800 bottles per hour, depends on the product to be filled:

  • ECOBLOC® E ERGON HEVF models are suitable for flat products
  • ECOBLOC® E ERGON HEMF models are suitable for edible oil
  • ECOBLOC® E ERGON HEVS models are suitable for carbonated products

By integrating three different functions into a single module, the result is an ultra-compact solution that can be installed even in small plants.

This compactness translates into advantages in terms of energy savings and eco-sustainability: conveyors between the stretch-blow moulder and the filler are not needed, as a consequence there are fewer motors to be powered and energy consumption and maintenance costs decrease. Furthermore, even the rinser is not needed, with reduction in water and energy consumption.

Another advantage of this solution is the  high level of hygiene and cleanliness, ensured by the perfect separation between the dry environment of the stretch-blow moulder and the wet environment of the filler.
