Refresco, a global beverage solutions provider, has signed an agreement to acquire Telemark Kildevann Holding (TKV), a Norwegian beverage manufacturer.
This strategic move is pending regulatory approval and is expected to enhance Refresco’s operational capabilities in the Nordics.
TKV, a family-owned business, specialises in the production of soft drinks and bottled water.
With two production facilities in Fyresdal and Aurskog, Norway, the company says it has established strong relationships with retailers and branded customers in Norway and Sweden.
Refresco, meanwhile, currently operates 75 manufacturing facilities across Europe, North America, and Australia.
While the financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, the closing of the deal is anticipated to occur later this year.
