Full-stack automation platform Vention has launched its third-generation Rapid Series Palletizer in Europe and widened its modular conveyor portfolio, extending its end-of-line packaging automation range across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
After its introduction in North America earlier this year, the Rapid Series Palletizer covers complete systems from case packing and conveying to palletising within one environment.

At interpack 2026, Vention is exhibiting with Universal Robots, part of Teradyne Robotics, to present a packaging line that combines collaborative robots with modular automation.
The display features a robotic case packing cell powered by a UR10e, the company’s modular conveyor ecosystem for product accumulation and transfer, and a palletising system powered by a UR20, demonstrating a complete workflow from case packing to palletising.
According to Vention, the Rapid Series Palletizer, built on its modular hardware system and MachineMotion AI, can be installed in as little as four weeks.
The business said a full end-of-line system, including conveyors, case packing and palletising, can be supplied in 12 weeks, with deployment running 3–5 times faster than conventional automation methods.
The conveyor line-up includes modular O-Ring and Poly-V conveyors, motors designed by Vention and plug-and-play controls using MachineMotion AI.
Using MachineLogic and the Conveyor App, the system supports coordinated product movement, zero-pressure accumulation and quicker line changes.
The system is suited to manufacturers dealing with high-mix and variable production, where speed and flexibility are important, and where automation can replace up to ten full-time operators on each shift.
The Rapid Series Palletizer also has built-in LTE connectivity via MachineMotion AI.
Vention said the package includes Remote Support, RemoteView and MachineAnalytics for live performance monitoring and faster fault resolution.
Vention EMEA general manager Andrea Alboni said: “Manufacturers are under increasing pressure to modernise packaging operations quickly while maintaining flexibility.
“Our platform simplifies automation by enabling customers to design, deploy, and operate complete end-of-line systems without the complexity of traditional integration while delivering payback periods as short as 1.3 years and up to 25% lower capital costs compared to traditional automation approaches.”
