DuPont Cyrel Flexographic Solutions has reported that three flexographic plate products have obtained certification for the Esko Quartz ecosystem.
The products are Cyrel EASY ESXR, Cyrel EASY EPR2 and Cyrel FAST EASY EFXR.

The certified range is intended to cover a wide set of packaging uses.
Esko Quartz brings together CDI Quartz imaging, XPS Crystal exposure and Quartz screening technology, with the stated aim of improving image accuracy, highlight reproduction, shadow detail and process consistency.
During the certification process, the three Cyrel plates were found to meet Quartz imaging requirements while retaining the plate properties needed for demanding flexographic printing work.
Cyrel EASY ESXR is positioned for flexible packaging and process print jobs that require high image quality, along with strong ink transfer and stable press operation.
Cyrel EASY EPR2 is intended for flexible packaging and label work, offering a mix of print quality, adaptability and output efficiency.
Cyrel FAST EASY EFXR combines DuPont EASY technology with FAST thermal processing to support quicker plate production, as well as high-resolution imaging and repeatable print results.
