The facility uses HP Indigo digital printing technology.

Vert will support fast SKU [stock-keeping unit] introductions, lower minimum order volumes, quicker replenishment and shorter lead times for companies in natural products, food and drink, sports nutrition, supplements, pet treats and other lifestyle CPG [consumer packaged goods] segments.

At the outset, the site will run one HP Indigo CPO 25K Digital Press. The company will provide a base for possible future expansion.

HP flexible packaging lead Bob Babich said: “By investing in HP Indigo digital print technology, Vert is helping brands bring products to market faster, reduce complexity and scale with confidence. We are proud to support Vert as they expand their capabilities and empower growing consumer brands with the agility, quality and flexibility that digital production makes possible.”

Vert was first established to serve heavily regulated sectors and designed its operating approach around short timelines, rapid product revisions and direct customer support.

Vert founder and CEO Dustin Steerman said: “Vert was built to give them both. Launch fast, validate demand, adapt quickly and scale smarter through the same ecosystem. Too many lifestyle CPG brands get stuck managing fragmented suppliers, long lead times and operational drag at the exact moment they need speed most.

“We built Longmont to remove those bottlenecks and help brands stay focused on innovation and growth. Packaging is a growth lever when working with the right partners.”
