UFP Packaging has established a dedicated brand, All Boxed Up, to represent its corrugated packaging operations across North America.

Originally brought into the group through a 2022 corporate purchase, the new brand name will now apply to the manufacturer’s complete corrugated inventory, which includes stock boxes, custom mailer boxes, and point-of-purchase displays.

The group plans to update its digital properties and commercial facility signage to reflect the change, whilst maintaining assigned personnel, client agreements, and output without operational disruption.

UFP Packaging president Scott Worthington said: “As our corrugated business has grown, we have seen an opportunity to give it an identity that more clearly reflects the products, capabilities and customer relationships behind it.

“All Boxed Up presents our customers with a clearer picture of the full-service corrugated partner we’ve become while giving us a stronger foundation for continued investment in the industry.”

This structural reorganisation runs parallel to ongoing physical footprint growth in the corrugated division, where a production plant in Las Vegas is slated to become operational in the middle of 2026.

UFP Packaging vice president Nick Hoffman said:  “All Boxed Up gives our teams a brand that better represents the work we do. For our customers, the name makes it easier to recognise our corrugated capabilities while knowing the people behind the operation remain the same.”

Based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, UFP Packaging is a unit of UFP Industries that ranks as the foremost manufacturer of wooden pallets and crates in the US.

Its broader industrial packaging portfolio also encompasses metal fabrication, corrugated conversion, and labelling capabilities.

In March, UFP Packaging released the Slot-Lock and Clamp-Lock 100, two new crate systems designed for assembly without the use of nail or staple guns.

This development adds to the company’s existing range of pneumatic-free packaging, including the U-Loc 200, which was brought to market last year.
