The company intends to increase production capacity by 25% in early 2027.

Its manufacturing operations include seven-colour printing, as well as customisation and private-label services.

The company supplies packaging for catering businesses, consumer brands, food manufacturers, producers, and vertical farms.

VerraPak’s portfolio includes recyclable, compostable, and other responsible packaging options.

Its Dubai facility is certified to the BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials and received an A+ grade in its most recent audit, covering food safety, quality, and operational standards.

The business is part of AWR Group’s renewable-energy programme.

At VerraPak’s Dubai plant, solar energy powers factory machinery during the 12-hour daytime production shift, reducing daytime use of grid electricity.

The rebranding follows AWR Group’s participation in Make it in the Emirates 2026 earlier this year. At the event, Sineo Packaging and Armela Farms presented the Group’s manufacturing and production operations in the UAE.

AWR Group Ventures CEO Huda Al Rostamani said: “VerraPak is an important next step for a business in which we see significant potential.

“We have an established manufacturing base here in the UAE, strong technical capability and a market that increasingly values proximity, responsiveness and reliability. VerraPak brings those strengths together within a proposition that is much more closely aligned to the needs of the customer.”
