Glass and plastic packaging manufacturer Bormioli Pharma has acquired the Germany-based company Remy & Geiser.
The deal is part of the company’s growth plan created in December 2017, following Remy & Geiser’s acquisition by Triton Investment Fund.

Bormioli Pharma CEO Andrea Lodetti said: “This acquisition is part of a wider development plan aimed to make of Bormioli Pharma a truly global and innovative player.

The company operates two manufacturing facilities in Schleusingen and Altenfeld, Germany, with approximately 270 employees.
Bormioli Pharma is an independent firm that operates two separate business divisions, including glass tableware and pharma packaging.
