Airopack Technology has issued 1,228,955 registered shares priced at CHF10.65 ($11.08) each in a private placement to raise gross proceeds of CHF12.7m ($13.2m).
Based in Switzerland, Airopack is engaged develops and supplies mechanical and pressure-controlled dispensing packaging technologies and systems.

Finland-based Valmet has received an order from China-based Nine Dragons Industries for the supply of two containerboard production lines with related automation systems.
The contract builds upon a previous order for two production lines awarded in March 2016.
To be located in Hebei (PM 41) and Shenyang (PM 42), the new production lines will produce high-quality testliner grades from 100% recycled raw materials, starting from late 2018 and early 2019, respectively.
The new production line will comprise steam and condensate systems, pulpers, a board machine, and process ventilation equipment.
