Nature's Path Foods, a family-run organic cereal and snacks company, has acquired a 51% stake in Gorilly Goods, an organic snacks manufacturer based in the US.

Based in Canada, Nature’s Path intends to expand its business operations in North America through the acquisition.

Gorilly Goods will retain its headquarters in Wisconsin and aims to boost its production following the acquisition.

Hawesko Holding, a holding company engaged in the trading and sale of wine, champagnes and alcoholic drinks, will acquire a majority stake in Werke GmbH (operating as WirWinzer) in a transaction that will be effective from next month.

The German holding company has agreed to acquire a 66% stake in the online wine retailer.

Following the transaction, Werke’s founding partners and managing directors will maintain their minority interest in the company.

Allport Packaging, an export packaging specialist, has been acquired by Neal Brothers, a packaging solution provider for capital equipment.

Allport Cargo Services was advised by financial advisors Moore Stephens International during the transaction.

The two companies involved in the transaction are based in the UK.
