Euromac at Kunststoffe 2016 in Dusseldorf

Euromac is to exhibit at the forthcoming Kunststoffe 2016 event in Dusseldorf at stand D33 Hall 3, and welcomes all potential customers.

For the converters that visit the K-2016, the Italian leader in slitting rewinding machinery, Euromac, has prepared a development in collaboration with Bst/Eltromat.

The aim between both parties to partner-up for the occasion is to improve the relationship between companies and increase supply of customer-specific solutions, which can mutually benefit Euromac and Bst clients. Converters are treated to a compact high-end solution with high-tech, 100% inspection camera system.

The Euromac CB800 doctor rewinder will be showcased, which is one of the best-selling doctor rewinders. With the standard configuration, it can handle various materials from 50mm-800mm wide and rewind up to diameter 800mm in both directions.

With running speeds of up to 600m/min, all commands are integrated in a pivoting Siemens touchscreen for operators’ commodities.

At K-2016, both producers will showcase an integration of best practice, implementing the Bst/Eltromat IPQ Check with backlight within Euromac’s doctor rewinder. Visitors will also be treated in receiving firsthand demonstrations of the many possibilities of the machine also in respect of inspecting printed and non-printed film, laminates and other substrates.

The inspection system is further equipped with the Ppq Rewinder Navigator / Work Flow, and supplied with a 23in touchscreens for operator friendly operations. The system is fully developed to detect, map and eventually remove the material by the operators help in association with the supplied splicing table, the system handshake between the inspection system and the Euromac CB800 make it possible to stop the machine at the indicated print error, saving operator time and increasing the overall quality.

Next to the Doctor rewinder, Euromac implements inspection systems on Slitter rewinders and with wider webs Euromac has the bi-directional version RB-series, which are high end reel-to-reel rewinders developed for Converters who consider 100% inspection before the Slitting department.

Euromac being on the market for almost 50 years as a renowned slitter rewinder producer will showcase next to the CB800, which also the recently announced TB3M duplex slitter rewinder. The rewind section of this machine will be also shown on the fair with modular automation available.These and much more making the stand of Euromac a worthwhile visit for converters that look for Italian inventiveness and top engineering, Hall 3 Stand D33.
