Following Dantex’s success in the UV digital label press market, they look forward to promoting their digital capability further at Labelexpo Americas between 25-27 September, held at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, Chicago.
The popular PicoColour UV Digital Label Press will be running a booth for the duration of the event – versatile and with a small footprint, this printing system accommodates widths of 210mm (9.84in) and 25m/min (82ft/min), is suitable for both short and long runs and provides superb printed results. The press delivers all the benefits of digital printing, including no minimum quantity, inline finishing, no waste and a super fast turnaround. The press comes available with CMYK + white, chilled roller printing and full variable data options.
In addition, full details of the latest inclusion to the Pico range – the PicoJet – will also be available. Ideally placed for high-quality and long-run lengths, PicoJet is a seven-colour printing system, which can be custom configured to offer wide colour gamut printing. The press includes static control, web cleaning and corona treatment for wide choice substrate printing capability. Developed by the Dantex Advance Engineering Team, the press operates at 350mm (13.78in) width and at 75m/min (250ft/min), offering 600dpi x 600dpi resolution at 2.5pl dot size.

The Dantex Star Plate System, a digital imaging solution designed for direct inkjet to film, will also be on display at the show.
