Tronics is a product decoration and identification machinery specialist, with equipment installed around the world. We design and manufacture labellers, heat transfer decorators and leak detectors.

We design and build high-quality, robust, reliable machinery that works day after day, job after job, without skipping a beat. Our goal is to be a supplier of equipment that integrates seamlessly and operates independently from operator assistance.

Product identification machinery

Our product identification machinery is designed to meet your application needs and to provide a practical, well-engineered result. Our product identification machines accept a broad range of containers, materials and label shapes, and perform effortlessly and reliably at many speeds and under all production conditions, to do exactly what you want.

Our equipment goes hand in hand with date coders, inkjet printers, laser markers and barcode printers. We also supply desktop printers, inks, labels and ribbons. Installation, maintenance and service with genuine parts and consumables are all-important parts of our business. We are not happy until you are happy.

Pressure-sensitive label applicators

Tronics can offer Australian-made labelling systems to effectively handle a wide range of containers, materials and label shapes under a variety of conditions and at production line speeds. We have labellers for automatic application of pressure-sensitive labels to your packaged products.

Linear labelling systems for pressure-sensitive labels

Our Series 3 and Series 3000 labellers are the most versatile and cost-effective linear labelling systems available for pressure-sensitive labels. Tronics designs and manufactures purpose-built labellers for customers to effectively handle a vast range of containers, materials and label shapes for use in all conditions and at many speeds.

Low-cost automatic self-adhesive label applicators

Tronics’ Series 1000 is a stand-alone, automatic self-adhesive label applicator. It features intelligent and modular design with quality Tronics components, and flat pack delivery for DIY assembly for price economy.

This machine is designed to be wheeled up to your production line to perform temporary labelling duties. It physically stands beside your existing production conveyor, applying labels as your products come down the line. Typical applications for this machine are promotional labelling, rework and any job that requires a single pressure-sensitive label to be applied.

The Series 1000Plus is a stand-alone automatic self-adhesive label applicator with conveyor, tilt head, wrap unit and extra functions in an economically cost-effective format.

Label printer applicators – automatic labellers

The iLabel is an automatic labeller that offers thermal-transfer printing or direct thermal printing technology on to self-adhesive labels. This labeller can be used on your products’ primary or secondary packaging.

Publication labellers

Tronics manufactures high-speed automatic labellers for the application of promotional stick-on notes to the front of newsprint and magazines. These notes can be removed by the customer and kept if desired. This labeller delivers labels at high speed with outstanding accuracy. This can be a valuable income resource for mailrooms and print houses.

Heat transfer decorators

Tronics’ heat transfer decorators deliver outstanding product decoration for your plastic containers, as an alternative to in-mould labelling, while optimising floor-space requirements and integration with your production line. These unique label applicators automatically apply gravure, flexographic or screen-printed labels.

Leak detectors

Tronics’ leak detectors offer the highest quality testing available using low-pressure technology for your packaging. This is the perfect tool for blow mould manufacturers.

Chancho Project

Atlas African Industries has started construction of a state-of-the-art glass bottle manufacturing plant named Chancho Project in a 50:50 joint venture with Ethiopia-based Orchid Group.
