Maison Violet has expanded its alliance with Coverpla through the use of ecoBottle packaging.

The French perfume house was established in 1827 and restarted in 2017 under Paul, Victorien and Anthony, three graduates of the École Supérieure du Parfum.

The trio introduced products shaped by references to older perfume-making traditions.

The two companies had previously worked together on Cycle, the brand’s first edition.

At that stage, Maison Violet selected a bottle that was light in weight and designed to be refilled.

The partnership has now moved forward with a broader use of the same packaging approach.

For Un air d’Apogée, Nuée Bleue, Compliment, Sketch, Tanagra and Pour Rêver, the company has again chosen the ecoBottle format in 50ml and 100ml sizes.

The container has a cylindrical form with a rounded base.

The bottle comes from the ecoLine range made by Bormioli Luigi, a long-standing Coverpla partner.

The range is presented as offering a 50% reduction in weight and a lower environmental impact across the value chain.

It uses a screw neck that allows refilling and separation of parts for recycling.

The bottle is paired with the Paros cap in gold-stained zamak and the Precious pump.

Coverpla also handled laser engraving of the Maison Violet logo on the top of the cap.

The “Un air d’Apogée Extrait” edition is being issued in a single 50ml size. It includes purple lacquering and decoration applied through hot stamping.

Coverpla said the latest project supports Maison Violet’s corporate social responsibility goals.
