Japanese paperboard and paper company, Oji Holdings Corporation (OHC), has reached an agreement with JK Paper, to acquire an additional 20% stake in Oji JK Packaging Private Limited (OJP).

The target company, which manufactures corrugated containers, is a joint venture of JK Paper, OHC and Marubeni Corporation (MC).
