Innovative cannabis packaging solutions provider Pollen Gear has introduced a new child-resistant compliant packaging product.

SoftSquare Jar, the new recyclable solution, is exclusively available through its parent company Greenlane.

The jar features a 4.5mm thick glass and is available in 5ml and 30 drams. It has a wide mouth and rounded edges that help in keeping product freshness intact and expand shelf life.

The jar’s cap comes in two variants, namely rounded square and soft square. This helps in maintaining an airtight, smell-proof, and water-resistant seal.

The fully customisable jars can be used for storing dry herbs, edibles, solid concentrates, or topicals.

SoftSquare Jar will complement the company’s line of proprietary ASTM/CPSC child-resistant compliant packaging products.

The State of California has required child-resistant packaging on all THC-infused products since the start of this year.

Pollen Gear produces premium, customisable cannabis packaging solutions. The company’s team of designers conceptualise the products from the beginning using advanced in-house engineering technologies.

The company is also the original patented developer of the LoPro and HiLine glass jar collections.

In January last year, Pollen Gear was acquired by US-based vaporisation products and accessories distributor Greenlane Holdings for an undisclosed value.
