Custom packaging solutions provider PPC Flexible Packaging has acquired the US-based Popular Ink for an undisclosed value.
The deal is the ﬁfth acquisition for PPC in the speciality and differentiated ﬂexible packaging markets.

Established in 2007, Popular Ink offers high-service speciality packaging solutions for health, beauty and nutraceutical markets. It is based in McKinney, Texas.
The company’s product portfolio features printed laminated roll stock, gel and stick packs, stand up pouches, labels and sleeves.
Based in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, PPC offers ﬂexographic printing and converting services for ﬂexible ﬁlms, bags and pouches.
