US-based flexible packaging and material science company ProAmpac has acquired Canadian flexible packaging manufacturer Belle-Pak Packaging for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Ontario, Belle-Pak offers a wide range of packaging products, including packing list envelopes, custom medical and clinical bags, and poly mailers for online and logistics services.

The company operates from a 180,000ft² facility, where it employs more than 200 associates, and has distribution networks across North America and Mexico.
With this acquisition, ProAmpac aims to supply flexible packaging solutions to a wider range of customers across North America.

Belle-Pak is expected to help the company expand its offerings in the e-commerce, healthcare and logistics end markets, as well as increase its geographical footprint in Canada.

In December last year, ProAmpac acquired flexible packaging and labelling company Prairie State Group for an undisclosed sum.
In 2020, the company expanded its Canadian operations by acquiring Rosenbloom Groupe Hymopack and Dyne-A-Pak.
