The Sigpack RNGS-6/KG3 consists of a sachet packaging machine and cartoning unit, delivers an output of up to 1,000 sachets per minute, requires minimal space and has a smaller footprint for reduced operating costs.

According to Bosch, the platform is capable of handling the entire dosing and packaging process while meeting food and pharmaceutical industry standards, and ensuring product quality through gentle handling.
It can be customised to handle various pouch sizes and can include optional modules such as leaflet insertion, carton coding, carton rejection and an after-cartoning checkweigher.
Bosch Packaging Technology product manager Frank Buehler said the packaging and cartoning system gives manufacturers the ability to produce the pouches with high hygiene standards.
