Streamfoods is a snack producer based in the UK and is owned by the Wellness Group. It markets its products across UK, China and Europe under the Fruit Bowl brand.

The acquisition is in line with Pioneer Food’s strategy to bolster its UK private-label portfolio and also to leverage its recently upgraded manufacturing capabilities.

Craft brewer, Hop Valley Brewing Company will be acquired by MillerCoors craft division, named Tenth and Blake Beer, in a transaction that is expected to be closed by the end of September.

Following the transaction, Hop Valley will continue to operate independently under Tenth and Blake.
