MAX Solutions, a speciality packaging company, has announced the strategic acquisition of premium packaging business Bellwyck Packaging.
Bellwyck specialises in manufacturing folding cartons, labels, and rigid packaging, primarily serving the pharmaceutical and healthcare, cosmetics and fragrance, wine and spirits, and confectionery markets.

The acquisition brings together MAX Solutions’ speciality packaging expertise with Bellwyck’s offerings.
Bellwyck has three manufacturing sites located in Ontario and British Columbia, Canada.
The three sites focus on the pharma, health and beauty, and horticulture end markets.
This move will bolster MAX Solutions’ market presence, provide a broader range of solutions, and create new opportunities for employee growth.
