US-based Pro Mach is set to introduce its expanded line of capping solutions under the Zalkin brand at the upcoming Interpack 2017 event to be held in Germany next month.
Featuring inline and rotary capping machines, the new one-stop-shop solutions are designed to offer a rugged and cost-effective inline capping machine model for various industries.
Pro Mach bottling and capping group senior vice-president Doug Stambaugh said: “Customers now have one point of contact for sales and support for a continuum of solutions that involve Zalkin, Beltorque, and Pack West model capping machines.
“With this new breadth of offering, Zalkin can recommend the best solution for the application and price point.
“Products sold under the Zalkin brand are designed and manufactured to delight operators and plant managers for years with the machine’s quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.”
The fresh Zalkin brand of products to be introduced at Interpack includes TM300 Fillcapp, a new single-head stand-alone capper with integrated filling capabilities.
It can fill and cap up to 30 containers per minute (CPM) and up to 60 CPM for two-station models.
TM300 Fillcapp does not comprise separate filler, conveyor, and capper, making it suitable for space-constrained operations.
At Interpack, Zalkin will also present a standalone TM series single-head capping machine, which can perform sealing, screw-capping, and push-on capping at rates up to 60 CPM.
In addition, roll on pilfer proof and pump capping solutions will be displayed at the event.
Pro Mach will also present a Beltorque model inline capper that is suitable for the pharmaceutical industry at Interpack.
The model features precise cap tightening and can operate at up to 300 CPM and handle screwing caps on almost any type of bottles.
The Pack West model of capping machines to be exhibited by Pro Mach has been used in both screw-on and press-on applications.
