Finland-based pressure-sensitive label materials supplier UPM Raflatac has introduced Polylaser Logistics Fit, a new label film for logistics and transport applications.

The company stated that most label printers and end-users in logistics and transport currently use a standard matt-white polyester film which exceeds their requirements. The new label stock is strictly fit for purpose.

Polylaser Logistics Fit runs at high speeds on press without matrix breaks in label conversion, holds good pre-printing properties and is a lighter weight.

The RP FH adhesive has low bleed to keep converting lines clean including at high temperatures, avoiding jams and extended maintenance intervals.

Monochrome and colour laser printability combines with good toner anchorage for durable printing even in humid conditions.

The lay-flat characteristics of the new label film are expected to give excellent feed-through on laser printers, according to the company.
