Fortis Solutions Group has completed the acquisition of the Print Division of MASA Corporation, a move that expands Fortis’ portfolio within the printed packaging sector.

The acquisition includes MASA’s Print Division facilities located in Norfolk, Virginia, and Decatur, Alabama, US. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

MASA Corporation is widely recognised for its comprehensive services in custom labels, contract packaging, and packaging and equipment supplies.

Serving clients across diverse industries such as food and beverage, wine and spirits, personal care and cosmetics, and industrial sectors, MASA has established itself as a prominent player in the market.
