Our trade fair highlight in Stuttgart: The successful Economy series PLQE and PLFE are being expanded.
The PLQE040 in size 040 complements the successful PLQE economy planetary gearbox series, for which four sizes between 040 and 120 are now available. With an overall length of just over 90 mm (including the adapter) and an output-side centring collar diameter of just 35 mm, the new addition is a true “power dwarf” in the economy family. It can transmit nominal torques of up to 20 Nm, depending on the transmission ratio.
With the new PLFE055, the PLFE economy flange gearbox series now offers four sizes, starting with 055. The new product is available in one and two-stage versions and with ratios from i=3 to i=100. The centring collar diameter here is 55 mm, and, depending on the ratio, nominal torques of up to 20 Nm can be achieved.
Last but not least, the design tool Neugart Calculation Program (NCP), which reliably leads to the most cost and energy-efficient gearbox-motor combination, is even more powerful than before in the current version of NCP 4.3 thanks to the improved multi-core use of the processor. Above all, however, the tried-and-tested software now offers even more features—from A for alignment to Z for rack and pinion drive.
