Valmet has secured an order to deliver a warp control system to Stora Enso Packaging's corrugated board plant in Ostroleka, Poland.

Valmet has secured an order to deliver a warp control system to Stora Enso Packaging’s corrugated board plant in Ostroleka, Poland.

The new system will improve the plant’s overall performance while reducing the warp of the final product.

Valmet develops and supplies process technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries, while Stora Enso is a renewable solutions provider.

Both companies are based in Finland.

RPC Corby’s 900g Euro Squeeze multi-layer polypropylene bottle has been selected by Provil for its new Sandwich Creams range of sauces.

The Euro Squeeze bottle features a multi-layer PP/EVOH/PP and is available in a wide range of sizes based on customer requirements. The bottle offers protection against oxygen ingress and improves the product shelf life.

RPC Corby is a UK-based design and engineering company of plastic products for packaging and non-packaging markets, while Provil is a Greek food processing company.

Sealed Air has selected PTC’s ThingWorx platform to improve operational efficiency across its value chain.

The ThingWorx platform is a suite of components, which enables the deployment of applications that monitor and control the connected devices. It will serve as an information hub and connect plant assets via ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity.

Sealed Air Corporation is a food and product packaging solutions provider, while PTC is a computer software and services company.

Both companies are based in the US.
