Global healthcare packaging manufacturer Sanner Group has acquired medical device designer and developer Springboard for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition advances Sanner’s strategy to expand its contract development and manufacturing organisation services within the medical technology and diagnostics sectors.
The acquisition will bolster its in-house capabilities and help establish a new Design Center of Excellence in the UK.
The new centre will facilitate the company’s high-growth market.
