Optima Nonwovens will be exhibiting at the Tissue World Asia trade fair 11-13 November in Shanghai, China.

Packing machines from Optima Nonwovens, which will be on view at INTEX Level 1, Stand 1C15, offer the ideal way to get started with fully automated packing processes for tissue hygiene products. The OPTIMA RB 177 packs toilet rolls in ready-made bags, as is the way they are used in the Asian market. All types of bags are processed on the machine, as well as those that had been used previously for manual packing. The OPTIMA RB 177, which has a throughput is up to 20 packages a minute, is compatible with all makes of rewinders so it is possible to make a direct product changeover. Optima offers a suitable entry-level solution for fully automated processes for prepacked cosmetics tissues as well. The OPTIMA EcoBagger handles up to 40 multipacks per minute.

Investments in fully automated processes are amortised within three years or less, since it saves on manual packing. The Optima machines were developed in Europe and are produced in Shanghai. The machines embody the know-how of manufacturer Optima, who offer high-performance machines for roll products, such as those machines that can achieve more than 100 packs per minute.
