With the Hopper Bonar Plastics - Europe’s leading group in rotational moulded products for materials handling- has again set a mile stone in Materials Handling. For many years Bonar Plastics has been manufacturing the transport silos consisting of a plastic bottle in a metal galvanised frame. The all plastic Hopper 1000 litres which was introduced in the 2nd half of 2005, has been received with great enthusiasm since it is the first in its kind with a vertical 300 mm outlet in combination with a 60 degrees outlet cone. This makes this Hopper very suitable for use with bulk materials as well as highly viscous products. For the food industry hygiene is of utmost importance and this all plastic version is easy to clean and will show no signs of corrosion.
Now, half a year later, Bonar Plastics introduces a new version of the Hopper, the 1000 litres version with the same cone but a horizontal 2" outlet which has a stainless steel butterfly valve (food applications) or a 2"ball valve (other applications). This version has been added on request of customers producing sauces and mustards.
Both versions will be shown at the ANUGA FOODTEC which will take place in Cologne (Germany) April 4th till 7th. Bonar Plastics can be found in Hall 6 stand G039.
