CLP Pick & Place Application
CPS Case Packing Systems offers solutions for packing MAP trays, TraySkin, FlatSkin, blisters, mushroom trays,...
Case Packing Systems (CPS) is attending the forthcoming Fruit Logistica in Berlin and will present the CLP pick-and-place application to automatically pack MAP trays into carton trays.
Fruit Logistica runs from 7-9 February and CPS can be found in hall 3.1 at booth A06.
The fresh fruit and vegetables business is an area of interest for CPS. Many case packers of CPS pack fresh potatoes, onions, carrots and fresh salad into crates and carton trays. The company operates mainly in Belgium. However, the UK, Scandinavia, and Australia are also important markets for CPS case packers.
The crate and container loader has been specially developed for applications requiring horizontal packing of a wide variety of flexible bags in crates and containers in a number of different packing patterns.
A detection system guarantees that no product damage can occur when placing the bags into the crate or container. Multiple layers can be loaded.
