Essentra has announced that it will display its tape and point-of-purchase capabilities at GlobalShop 2017 in Las Vegas on 28-30 March.

Essentra’s innovative stand will be constructed using its tape products, including temporary, semi-permanent and permanent display solutions.

Essentra will present its wide portfolio of speciality tapes, including Twin Stick®, the go-to trusted product in the POP market for over 40 years. A closed-cell polyethylene foam double-coated tape with an aggressive rubber based adhesive system, the Twin Stick® provides strong tack and adhesion and, through its flexible foam, ensures gaps are filled so irregular surfaces are joined.

The tape is available in individual cut pieces, pieces on roll, blocks, long length rolls and thick material.

In addition Essentra will be showcasing its Duraco® Red, Duraco® High Bond, Remo One®, Remo Two® and Hook & Loop. This comprehensive range of tapes, and the fact that each tape is available in different sizes, lengths and thickness, underlines Essentra’s ability and expertise in providing high quality and advanced point-of-purchase products.

As a Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PTSC) Responsible Tape Manufacturer, Essentra is also recognised for its good manufacturing practices and responsible production.

David Danelz, president North America specialty tapes at Essentra, said: "We are excited to attend and present our tapes at GlobalShop 2017. The show is always an engaging event with insightful conferences, providing manufacturers and retailers an opportunity to discover new point-of-purchase solutions. Essentra is proud to be a Diamond sponsor at this year’s Shop! Awards, occurring on the second day of the show. We’re looking forward to seeing the winners and celebrate the industry’s best designs."

Steven Heim, sales director, specialty tapes, added: "With over 65 years of experience, at Essentra we understand the need to provide customised tape solutions when designing and
producing innovative point-of-purchase designs. GlobalShop 2017 allows us to connect with customers and demonstrate the eye-catching possibilities the tapes present; such as 3D effects and interchangeable graphics."
