Specialised Packaging Group (SPG) has successfully acquired Complete Packaging, a leading provider of custom-designed packaging solutions based in Michigan, US. 

SPG is a vertically integrated provider of protective packaging products, operating under divisions IVEX, Packaging Concepts & Design (PCD) and ProtecPac.
