Establishing a New Daughter Company
Herti AD announces that on May 4, 2026, a new subsidiary company, ‘Herti South America’, was officially registered as a wholly owned entity of Herti AD. The company is headquartered in Santiago, Chile.
The decision to establish the subsidiary was approved by the Board of Directors of Herti AD at its meeting held on February 24, 2026. With this step, Herti AD expands its international presence and strengthens its position in key markets across South America.
